payment done but plan didn’t got upgraded

i purchased the personal plan and the payment is also done, which was done by netbanking as it is the regional method in India, the money got debited but it is still showing that i am on the free plan. plz help

It looks like netbanking payments may take a little while, according to this Staff reply.
Netbanking payments can sometimes take a few days, and should it not complete for any reason, you’ll be refunded for your payment automatically.

Your payment is still being processed by Netbanking, so we haven’t received the payment yet. Once the payment completes, your upgrades will be added to your account.
Netbanking payments can sometimes take a few days, and should it not complete for any reason, you’ll be refunded for your payment automatically.
Give it a few days and get back in touch if you’re still not seeing that upgrade.

@smithchop11 Our payments team is still investigating the problem here and it will likely be Monday before we have any updates.
Netbanking is withdrawing the funds from accounts but not passing those funds along to us, which is the problem here. We’re working to get this resolved as soon as possible and we appreciate your patience.
We will update you as soon as we have new information, so there’s no need to keep posting here asking for updates.

This error means that your card has been declined. I see that you have already created two tickets for our Billings team, so please wait for their reply.

they got back to me but they are not replying now after i replied to their mail.
I tried to pay from different card also and it shows that payment is declined, and the card i tried i have previously paid from that on wordpress so there must be some problem at your end and it has been 6 days and i haven’t still received a proper answer, you only are saying to wait.
And tried one more time and it said : Error authorizing credit card. Please Contact Support quoting error HYTFSI.

Our billing support team will reply to you as soon as your latest reply to them reaches the top of the queue. Please be patient while waiting for them and don’t send any more emails until you do, as each new email you send moves your issue back to the bottom of the queue, meaning it takes that much longer for them to see it and reply to you.
