payment done , upgrade plan not reflecting

  Hi , we have already had a successful transaction from my credit card for the yearly plan, but upgrade plan is not reflecting , also nothing is showing in payment history of my account. My credit card is showing deduction. Please help urgently.

  Hi there,

  I can see the Pro plan active in your account, and also at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  If you’re not seeing it there, can you check if clearing your browser cache make any difference?
