payment due emails

  I have received 2 emails regarding my two sites indicating that i need to pay money, but not the amount. I thought my pages are free. I don’t want to upgrade yet.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

  Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. If you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.

  Are you referring to a specific website? If so then what is the exact URL starting with http:// of the site you refer to please?

  i just want the free version for now, will upgrade the second one next year

  Thanks for that information.

  vastabiding.com is owned by a different user account than the one you’ve contacted us from. It is set to expire on 11/20/16. If the domain expires, it will eventually become available for purchase again. At this time, it could be registered by someone else, and you’d loose ownership of the domain.

  I can help you cancel this domain, if you wish to proceed in that direction, I’ll just need you to get in touch from that user account.

  It looks like avawineservices.com must have expired at some point or was never registered since it is available for purchase. You do not own this domain.
