Payment error

    To whom it may concern,

    We are facing a problem when paying for a personnel subscription in order to get the permission to associate our own domain to the WordPress website.

    The bar to enter our credit card number is locked and do not give us access to enter the numbers.

    Can you please fix this issue as soon as possible as we would like to have the subscription and start working on our website very soon.

    Hi there,

    So are you trying to purchase an upgrade, but the fields to add your credit card information isn’t accepting text? If so, this may be a cache issue. Have you tried logging in using a different browser or clearing your browser’s cache?
