Payment error

  Hi, my website has been live for 2 weeks now and I keep getting transaction errors, generic errors & cardholder insufficient permissions. I use latepoint and square.

  The banks & square are blaming each other, I rely on online bookings for my revenue. £9k failed transactions in the last 2 weeks.

  PLEASE can someone help. I’m slowly losing my mind and no one can help. Is it a security issue with the website?
