I trying to pay my annual payment but I getting ” Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases” error. How can i fix this problem.

I still get e-mail from wordpress like “Urgent! The domain upgrade for your blog paracigim.com expired yesterday.
The domain upgrade on your blog “Finans Ekonomi Yatırım Blogu” has expired yesterday on October 5, 2018. Your blog is no longer available on the domain “paracigim.com”.
But when i try to pay, i get ” Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases. ”
Please help.

Do you know what is the reason?
Paypal is not used in Turkey and I think credit/debit card is only way to pay.

It’s the error which I was facing too but the solution to this issue is not possible with your this PayPal account as it was solved for me when I changed the PayPal account and signed up using another email for another account.Either way, you can use Payoneer if the issue with PayPAl isn’t getting resolved!

As i mentioned, I cant use paypal. I dont know whether wordpress get paid via Payoneer or not.
Maybe one staff can clear this issue.

This is not the same issue.
Before, purchases were blocked on your WordPress.com account. Our payments team fixed that, so there is now nothing on our end preventing you from making a purchase.
The error you’re receiving now is because your financial institution is blocking the card on their end when we try to charge it. Usually this means your card is not enabled to make international purchases, or your financial institution is pro-actively blocking the transaction because they suspect it might be fraudulent.
Please contact your bank or credit card company and ask them why they are preventing this charge from going through on your card.

I’ve extended the domain expiration date until Friday, October 12th to give you a few days to sort the payment.
Basically, if the bank can send the payment through stripe it should work.
If it will help, I can email a manual payment link to try. Ask your bank if that would be better for getting the payment through.

I try different cards still same problem.
Let me try manuel payment link. By the way if i’m able to divide the payment by 3 (16$+16$+16$), it should work banker said.
Because the turkey is not permitted to pay above 300 Turkish Liras in a lump.
