payment error

Hi, I just updated the website and we also updated the bank account information on cc processor and since then all of out orders show as a payment failure. I have tried to use my own card to check out and it still shows that the payment didn’t go through. It says ‘ an error occurred, please try again later or use an alternative form of payment’. Can you please help me fix it, I have tried several cards already, just to make sure that it is not my card.

The account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased any upgrades through WordPress.com or created a site yet — which suggests you have another account. What is the address of the site you are trying to make a payment for?
Please try logging out of hello862199053, then log back in to the account with paid upgrades and reply here. That way I can take a closer look at why the payment has been unsuccessful.

Hmm we bought the theme and build the website yourself, I am happy to pay for upgrade/help, but it seems tat it wants me to create a whole new account that isn’t connected to an actual website which is textilehaus.com

textilehaus.com is a self-hosted installation of the WordPress.org software rather than a WordPress.com-hosted site.

@melancholia, thanks for trying to help, but referring the OP to the WordPress.org forums is not helpful in this case. That forum can only provide support with the WordPress software. They cannot help with issues at someone’s hosting provider or domain registrar.
