Payment Failed on Site Renewal – Did I lose my whole site?

My payment failed for my domain renewal on http://www.thymeonourhands.net through Sitegrounds, which was hosting my WordPress site. I was planning on transferring everything over to a new domain that I just purchased today, as I just regained access to that email account, but I can’t find my website anywhere – is it completely gone? Please forgive my ignorance – I’m a chef, not a technologically proficient person at all, and I’ve done all of this by myself so far – I just can’t figure anything out and I’m afraid I’ve lost all of my work. Thank you so much for any help you can give!

If your http://www.thymeonourhands.net was hosted at Siteground, you’ll need to contact them for help. This forum can only provide support for sites hosted at WordPress.com.
(It’s very likely that your site’s database and files are still on their server, especially if your hosting plan has not also expired, but you would have to talk to Siteground about how to access them. My guess is that it would be easiest to renew the domain registration, then go ahead and move your site content to the new domain.)
