Payment Failed twice on account

Hello Support – Accounts department,
I attempted to setup a wordpress.com account (for memorate) 2 times on the 16 Jan 2015 (AEST) with the premium upgrade option – using my Mastercard, both attempts failed – no email confirmation or receipts were received.
I contacted my bank to check if the credit card was being block and they have advised that both payments were successful but for “$0”. the first at 11:57am and the 2nd at 2:12PM.
On the 3rd attempt – I have successfully created a new account for memorate.wordpress.com – and will upgrade this account to a premium but I’m concerned that there is an issue with the credit card processing on the site – is anyone else having issues?.
My Bank has also advised that the 2 payments could be manually deducted – How do I contact the accounts department to make sure this doesn’t happen ???? as who knows what account that will be applied to.
Please advise ASAP.

Hi there,
Our billing system authorizes your credit card before charging you for the upgrade. Your bank may see that authorization as a $0 charge.
However, the actual charge for the upgrade did not go through — that happens if the authorization isn’t successful. Do you have another credit card or a different payment method you can use instead?
