Payment failure

Good morning,
Today 19/08 at 14:44 I tried to buy the PREMIUM option at 99,00 € / year.
The sum was withdrawn from my bank account, but an ‘error’ message appeared on my desktop.
I payed 99€ but my account is still free.I’m looking for a refund from you or the upgrade to the premium version.
