I want to by plan from your site and have tried to pay by my 3 different credit cards but the same has been declined by your site at every time and asking to try with some other card. However, I have received message from my credit card that Rs. 76.57 has been deducted. Why?

No charge has been made on our end, as all purchases have been unsuccessful. If you see a charge on your bank account, it will likely disappear in a few days.
As for not being able to upgrade, I’d suggest reaching out to your bank to make sure you’re able to make purchases abroad with your card.
