Hi Amex Blocked the payment for the domain and now my domain is not working. Can i pay using a different card and can i reinstate it?

Taking a look at your account, the charge went through just fine for the renewal of
investirecomeimigliori.comon 22-Jun-2022; instead, It looks like you issued a chargeback with AMEX.By disputing a charge, you are essentially accusing us of fraud, and the payment is frozen pending an investigation. Additionally, your site is locked pending payment of a chargeback fee. You won’t be able to make any other purchases until the chargeback fee is paid which it appears that you have done so already.
However, it appears that the chargeback is still active with your credit card provider – you’ll need to contact them and have them stop their investigation and allow the charge. If they end up refunding your funds, you would need to pay for the domain registration again. There’s nothing we can do on our end until that has been cleared up.
Get back in touch once you’ve contacted AMEX and cancelled the chargeback – we’ll check that it’s been resolved on our end and advise next steps.
