good morning somehow my payment got stopped and when I go in to pay the amount I know I’m supposed to pay I cannot find it how do I pay my bill there was some confusion with the bank account I had now that it is straightened out I would like to get my website back active price of $7.42 I believe

Good morning. I want to clarify something publicly for transparency.I have been on the Personal Plan at $7.42 per month since 2021, which was a grandfathered price. My payment stopped due to a temporary banking issue, but that issue has now been resolved.Instead of allowing me to update my payment method and continue my plan, WordPress completely deleted my plan and removed my grandfathered pricing. This was not a cancellation on my part — this was a removal done by WordPress (confirmed to me by email).Now I am unable to renew my original plan or price. The only options I’m given are different plans at higher prices or with fewer features. That is not fair to loyal customers who have already been paying for years.To be clear: ✅ I did not delete or cancel my plan.✅ WordPress deleted it.✅ I am only asking to be restored to the same plan and the same price I already had.Nothing more, nothing less.Since WordPress had the power to delete my plan, I believe WordPress also has the power to restore it.I would appreciate assistance in being reinstated to my original $7.42/month Personal Plan.Thank you.
