  Hey i’m writing to ask You if I can pay for a personal use plan monthly instead of once a year ? Or is it a must to pay yearly ?

  We don’t currently offer any monthly payment options on WordPress.com. All plans are billed for a full year at the time of purchase, with a full refund if you cancel within 30 days.
