Hi there!
I took a look, and it doesn’t look like there’s any history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into, so we’re limited to what we can help with and advise here.
If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.
The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as
WordPressfollowed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:WordPress XXXXXXXXXXIf the charge on your bank statement does not follow that format, the charge was not made here at WordPress.com.
I hope that helps!

Hello,
yes, I made this account just to contact support, becasue I have no chance to get to that paid account. That account that is being charged is from email (email visible only to moderators and staff) (deleted google business mail, so its no longer existing). Payment was made 7. 2. 2023, transaction ID WordPress [redacted] from card xxxxxxxxxx [redacted] and it was 1234czk (55usd approximatelly)
Thank you for help!

Hi! Just to note, I’ve redacted the information you shared here, so that your personal information isn’t visible to the public; the email address is hidden to other visitors by default.
The transaction ID you provided did validate so we were able to remove the plan, and issue you a refund for the 1,234.20 Kč. The refund is on its way to you now, but I should note it can take up to 10 working days to appear on your card statement, depending on your card provider.
