  Why do I get this message ‘sovietbw.org will expire and be removed from your site in 5 days.’ since I have paid with a new credit card?

  I’m not clear on why that is happening.

  When you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade what do you see in these two locations please?
  Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

  as well as
  Dashboard > Store > Billing History
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/Billing-History/

  Hi there,

  It looks like we attempted to auto-renew your Premium Plan and domain on 4 December, but the renewal never went through as your credit card is showing as expired in November.

  When did you update your credit card details? If it was only after the 4th it wasn’t in time for the auto-renewal to work.

  Please try renewing your upgrade again via the Purchases page. That will capture your new credit card details so the renewal will work correctly next year.
