    Yes, please contact Melanie directly. Since I didn’t generate the recent payments, I can’t say for sure what card was used, but I’m reasonably certain it will be the same card that was used to renew for 2016. I will be so relieved to have this done and behind us.
    After this, will there we have the same issues with renewals? Can the renewal notices be sent to Melanie from this point on?

    As long as you have access to the account with the renewals, you should never have this issue any longer. Yes, once we get into the account, I’ll make sure that the renewal notices are going to Melanie. Thanks!

    Darnell, Your responsive communication has been very helpful, so much better than average. Hopefully, when all is said and done, this issue will be resolved. I still don’t like WordPress, but it’s because of the way it’s structured that makes it difficult.

    How much longer is this going to continue? I met with the GCDA treasurer yesterday and learned she has still been unable to make the payment for our domain. There is no (email visible only to moderators and staff). Somehow, WordPress accepted the payment last year. Every year this happens and I am sick of it. WordPress has no phone line for help, just this infernal back and forth forum that goes nowhere. Please tell me specifically how we can get this payment made to WordPress short of my driving to the office and slamming it on someone’s desk. Good grief, can you tell how annoyed and put out I am?
