Payment for Domain Mapping renewal

    Hello everybody,

    I have a problem with the payment for the renewal of the Domain Mapping:

    Our administrator is deceased and the system does not take payment from the second administrator.

    What can I do?

    We can’t recover the main administrator password and I couldn’t make him decay with the second administrator account.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Deceased Site Owner

    We like to first contact the family and/or estate and help them determine what happens with their loved one’s WordPress.com site. But, you can fill out the information in the account recovery form so that we can submit information.

    Essentially, we’ll be able to transfer ownership of the WordPress.com account to you if you could please mail us the following:

    * A copy of the deceased user’s death certificate.

    * A power of attorney or legal document stating your authority to act on behalf of the deceased, or a signed, notarized statement including:

    – Your first and last name
    – Your current contact information
    – Your email address
    – Your relationship to the deceased user
    – The action you’re requesting (e.g., “Please transfer ownership of the account.”)

    Hi

    Im not able to make payment via my credit for registering a domain. I’m getting an error message saying your transaction failed. PLease help me to make through payment. FYI my domain is also available.
