Payment for Domain Registration

  I am having difficulties, paying for my domain registration. 1 reside in Lagos Nigeria and have tried severally to pay with my bank debit cards but I keep getting the following error message : ‘purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases. Please advice on I should proceed. Thanks
