Payment for Premium

I have processed the payment for a premium account. I have received this message… This transaction has been completed, but the total of items in the cart did not match the total of all items.
It says the transaction has been completed, but I can’t seem to find it in my “upgrades”. I have entered my CC details twice now and don’t want to do it a third time. Do I now have premium or has there been an error. Thank you.

I can’t see anything in my payment history or upgrades, so I can only assume it hasn’t gone through (does it instantly update?).
I have put my CC details in twice, so didn’t want to be charged three lots of $99. Will wait a bit longer and try again soon. No idea what happened.

Just wondering if this has been fixed? I would like to buy premium and get started, but I am yet to hear anything back. Has it been processed? I am hesitant to put my Credit Card details in a fourth time.

No it hasn’t been resolved yet. I’m inclined to write a scathing ALL CAPS email and blog my problem everywhere if I don’t get a receipt or confirmation of a refund. Ridiculous.

WordPress is not optimum for running an online store. If I was a poet like Time Thief, maybe I’d have use for WordPress.

@cornerstorecollective, it doesn’t look like your purchase/payment for upgrades on cornerstorecollective.wordpress.com ever went through. You might try emptying your cart and starting over to see if it will work this time.
