payment for upgrade plan (business plan)

    payment for upgrade stays loading and nothing happens, it just shows a screen saying ‘Almost there- we’re currently finalising your order’ this has been going on for hours. I’m worried if i attempt to purchase the same upgrade again i will end up having 2 charges and/ or both will just stay loading forever. I don’t know what to do

    The good news is that your upgrade has processed and I can see that there is a business plan connected to tradeenginecharts.com.

    You should not be charged twice. I do not see where a second payment is pending in our system. But if for some reason it comes through we can issue a refund, and that won’t be a problem.

    This might be an issue with the internet network or browser that’s being used. It sounds like it is stuck based on your description. Try rebooting your internet connection, and restarting your device.
