  Is it possible for today (June 2022) to buy premium plan of your resources using ruble account of debit card of russian’s bank?

  Wordpress.com recently reorganised the paid plans to just 2: WordPress Starter and WordPress Pro, https://wordpress.com/pricing/.
  Regarding the payment, I tagged this to get attention from Staff.
