  Do WordPress bussiness plan provide payment gateway for domestic and international transactions ?

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  While a Business subscription will allow you to install and use WooCommerce, any payment gateways would need to be investigated and added or purchased separately.

  The eCommerce plan does come with WooCommerce installed along with a number of payment gateways in addition to a number of themes and other extensions included in the plan price. You can compare the two plans here:
