  On the Personal Plan – is the only payment gateway option Stripe or can you implement another payment gateway’s HTML payment buttons for specific amounts?

  You’re limited to Stripe on the Personal plan.

  If you want to use PayPal buttons, you would need to upgrade to the Premium or higher subscription. Otherwise to use your own payment gateway, you would need to upgrade to a Business or higher plan.
