    Hello there, please if I upgrade to a personal plan, am I eligible for adding a payment gateway to my site?

    Hi @proforex650, that “Jetpack: No” stuff is just a little meta information that gets added to your request. It helps staff and volunteers understand more about your setup in one glance.

    Regarding a payment gateway, you can indeed accept payments through a site on a Personal Plan. We determine the gateway for you, though; at this time it’s through Stripe. Will that work for you?
