Payment Gateway Based Fees REFUND

Seems that there is only documentation and no REAL SUPPORT for these WooCommerce products. The subscription emails redirect you to an email CONFIRMATION (that doesn’t exist) as it’s only frame of trying to retrieve any support. How convenient!
I am having immense troubles with the Payment Gateway Based Fees and since I can’t get any help with it, I’d like a refund.
