Payment Gateway Integration

    Hello team,

My requirement is to build an PWA/webpage containing a form , which will be filled by the user. On form completion, there would be payment link ,which can only be provided by payment integration option, to make a payment to a single account. It is kind of a fund-raising app for social cause.

How i can achieve payment gateway integration? Which plan i need to buy for the same. Any initial discounts being offered?

All the user information provided through Application would be stored in database.

Your wordpress.com account is only a few hours old and doesn’t have a site. What is the URL of your site running on the wordpress.com platform?

Will buy the subscription tomorrow to start with. Just wanted to check how can i integrate payment gateway with wordpress

  • Hi there,

This depends on exactly what you want to sell.

For simple products or once-off donations you can use the Simple Payments button on our Premium Plan to take payments via PayPal:

We also recently launched our Recurring Payments feature that uses Stripe as payment processor, and is a way to get recurring subscription payments. This can be used from the Personal Plan upwards, but doesn’t work well for one-off donations.

You can use either of these in concert with a contact form, but there will be no direct link between the payment method and the form, i.e., it won’t be possible to direct someone to the payment method automatically once the complete the form, or vice versa.

For that, using other payment processors or anything more complex than what I described above, you’d need to use plugins, like WooCommerce integrated with Gravity Forms, or similar, and that requires our Business Plan.
