    Hello,

    I have opted for premium plan. My requirement is to build website/PWA containing a form, which will be filled by user. After submitting the user form, a payment link will be provided to user to make his/her contribution to an individual account. It is a fund raising website for social cause.
    As per my understanding and your suggestions, simple payment option can be used for the same.
    Below are my concerns while developing my website and using simple payment option.

    1: I have to create a 2 page website. first page will contain all the information about organisation and second page would contain User detail form along with payment option. I am not able to link those 2 pages together. Not able to open/link this contact page from home page. Please assist on how i can create and link multi page website?

    2: On exploring Currency type in Simple Payment Option, I cannot see “INR” in the list. Is it possible, can this added by some customization?

    3. What payment methods can be used by user to initiate Payments to PayPal account. I want all methods (Net banking/Credit/Debit/Wallets) to be used as medium for transferring the amount to main account.

    Sure thing; did you want to create a menu to link the two pages? If so, here’s how:

    Menus

    Basically:
    – Head to Customize > Menus > Menu Locations
    – Click Edit under your current menu
    – Add and remove links as needed

    Then publish the changes. Let us know if you need more help with that.

    On exploring Currency type in Simple Payment Option, I cannot see “INR” in the list. Is it possible, can this added by some customization?

    I’m not sure that it is — our system should be showing currencies supported by our PayPal integration. I can double check on that if you’d like.

    Simple Payments are processed through PayPal, so we support what they do.

    Also, How can i retrieve data filled in form by different users? Can i export it to excel file?

    Is it possible that user filling form on our web page , can upload his/her image as well as part of premium plan ?

    Can i modify the Simple Payment Block ? Actually am not selling any product from my web page. Its a fund raiser website. So i would require some customization in it. Can someone from word-press team provide assistance on the same. ?

    PayPal only accepts payment in INR from marketplaces in India. WordPress.com is not an Indian company, so payments cannot be accepted in that currency via our software.

    All contact form submissions are sent to the email address you specify, and you can also view them at https://newuang150836567.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=feedback

    You can also export all data there as a .csv file that you should be able to open in any spread sheet software.

    For someone to upload a file with a form, you need to use a form that supports that feature. The WordPress.com contact form does not support file uploads, regardless of plan, but we offer integration with Jotform forms where you can do that:

    That would depend on what you want to customize. The block only contains the options described at https://en.support.wordpress.com/wordpress-editor/blocks/simple-payments-block/, and beyond that you can apply some basic styling changes to it using custom CSS as described at https://en.support.wordpress.com/simple-payments-styling/

    The way the feature works cannot be changed. Only to a limited degree how it looks.
