Payment Gateway Loading Delay Issue on Civatrix Website

    Hello Razorpay Support Team,

    We are facing a performance issue with Razorpay integration on our website Civatrix.

    When a user initiates payment, it takes more than 2 minutes for the Razorpay payment gateway to load. This delay is consistent and is negatively impacting user experience and payment success rates.

    Website: Civatrix
    Issue: Excessive delay in opening Razorpay payment gateway
    Delay Duration: ~2 minutes or more
    Integration Type: (Please verify from your end – Standard Checkout / Plugin-based)
    Environment: Live

    We have already verified that:

    • The website server is responsive
    • No major frontend loading issues exist
    • The delay specifically occurs while redirecting/opening the Razorpay checkout

    Kindly investigate this issue from your end and let us know:

    1. Whether there are any latency or regional routing issues
    2. If our account or integration requires optimization
    3. Any recommended configuration changes to reduce gateway load time

    This is a production issue and needs urgent attention.
