Payment gone through PAYPAL without my concent

    Dear Manager,
    I didn’t order any thing but payment of $Three hundred someting from my Pal pal account, I didnt order anything nor I used this site. Also, it’s not showing in purchase history, May be I made payment / order last year and paid but this year, it was automatically gone through without my intention and my concent. Please refund this back.

    Hi @paassword1, we redacted the transaction ID for you, since that’s sensitive information. That said, using it I was able to downgrade the site and refund the plan ($300.). That’s on its way.

    The domain part is a bit trickier: if we cancel that for you, you may not be able to get the domain back.

    Can you log into the account associated with the domain, then reach out again to confirm your intention?

    If you need to regain access to the account, you can either log out, and log back in with the email address we’ve sent renewal reminders to, or use the transaction ID you’ve provided to recover account access. You’d just want to be sure to use the secure form as outlined here:
