Payment has been taken from account and i'm not sure what account it is for!

Hi. I’m about to dispute this with my bank after tirelessly trying to find any way of contacting you guys. Money has been debited from my account and I’m unsure as to what account it is for? My email address hasn’t got a subscription on it. This is not the account it is for (I had to create this so I could get some support – which I think is very unprofessional but hey ho)
I need to know what account it is for as at this time I’m unaware of any yearly subscriptions. -

There has not been any charges or upgrades added to the user account that you’ve used to post with here in the forums (francesmkay1992).
If this charge did come from WordPress.com, it is under a different account.
All of our renewals and purchases automatically send an emailed receipt to the address listed on the account at wordpress.com/me/account/ Did you get that receipt from us?
If so, try to sign in to WordPress.com using that email address where the receipt was delivered and then go to wordpress.com/me/purchases/
Otherwise, try to add the payment details here: https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/
This will verify if it is a WordPress.com transaction or if it was from somewhere else.

Hi.
I never received an email receipt. I think it may have gone to a different email. I need somebody to confirm the email address the payment is for?
Or even the web address of the blog as at the minute i cant identify what this is for?
