Payment incorrect

I cancelled my website and renewal, my credit card had expired and I didn’t have auto-renew for my website (hooswritingcorner.com) however I have been charged £15 on my credit card, even though I didn’t upgrade. Can you refund this charge as I didn’t authorise it. I will also contact my credit card to tell them of this unauthorised payment. Gemma Callaghan

It looks like the auto-renewal was enabled for both the Premium plan and the domain. I can see you have now canceled both subscriptions, but the domain was already outside of the refund window (it’s 96 hours), so only a partial refund was issued.
If you prefer, we are still on time to recover the domain so that you can transfer it to another registrar. Just let us know if that’s what you’d like to do.
