  Hi I am planning to built an e-commerce website for which I will be using the Stripe merchants and they are going to charge us the transaction fees. Is there any charges on wordpress for collecting third-party payments/

  If you’re using WooCommerce, you can use payment gateways directly, in which case WordPress.com takes no cuts. If you’re eligible, you can use WooPayments, which simplifies the payment process. You can learn more about WooPayments here and the related fees here.

Both of these plans allow you to use WooCommerce with WooPayments (or other WooCommerce extensions to add payment gateways to your site).
