payment interrupted, can’t seem to resume

    I was notified that the card I used for paying for my wordpress site was no longer valid. Recently I tried to switch payments to another card that is valid, using the ‘upgrade’ option. It doesn’t seem to work, no money appear to have been charged and the site does not appear visible in google searches.

    Howdy –

    Looking at the account I can see that there was a personal hosting plan for dianaotet.com. Is this what you’re working on?

    The domain and hosting have both expired.

    The good news is that nobody else has registered that domain and you can scoop it back up to secure ownership.

    Go to My Sites – Add New Sites (red button on bottom of page). Type in dianaotet.com and register it as new. You’re also going to want that hosting plan back.

    Write back if any other help is needed. The site is still available on the free version so once you connect your domain back to the free site address everything will be just how you left it.
