Payment is not going through

    Hi,
    I am currently trying to purchase an annual paid plan for my site but it is not working. Every time I try to check-out, it says ‘Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.’ How can I fix this?

    Correct account: Yes
