Payment isn’t working

  I’ve checked out twice now to secure my domain name, but it just keeps re-appearing in my basket and asking me to check out again. I’m not sure what’s going on -any idea what to do here?

  Hi Stu,

  It looks like the first two times there was an authentication step that was never completed.

  But I see it went through the next time you tried, and the Starter plan with a new domain is now active on your site.
