Payment issue

  I am trying to buy a domain name from you (wordpress.com) but I am getting the following error message after validating the payment :
  “Please use a different payment card”.

  I am using a valid visa card.
  I have tried several times and I am sure I didn’t input wrong data.
  So everything looks correct on my side.
  Can you please give me more details about this error message?

  Hi Isabella. As a former bank employee, here’s my advice: have you contacted the company that issued your Visa card? They would be in the best position to advise you exactly why your transaction was declined.

  If the card issuer cannot help you, it’s time to contact WordPress.com staff directly
