Hi there, could you please clarify what exactly happens when you try purchasing a plan? Does an error appear? Which link are you on that prompts you to upgrade?

I tried paying through many different cards ,but it always shows that there is some transaction error and try other card.

The payments are being declined by your bank, not by us. Usually this happens if a card has not been enabled for international or online payments.
Please contact your bank directly for help with this.
