Still asking form purchasing domain -

Your payment is still being processed by Netbanking, so we haven’t received the payment yet. Once the payment completes, your upgrades will be added to your account.
Netbanking payments can sometimes take a few days, and should it not complete for any reason, you’ll be refunded for your payment automatically.

payment is already deducted from my accoount.. when will my purchase be activated in wordpres account ?

Our payments team is investigating the problem here and it will likely be Monday before we have any updates.
Netbanking is withdrawing the funds from accounts but not passing those funds along to us, which is the problem here. We’re working to get this resolved as soon as possible and we appreciate your patience.
We will update you as soon as we have new information, so there’s no need to keep posting here asking for updates.
