  I made attempts to renew my subscription and my account was debited twice. Please kindly refund all transactions made on 8th September. Kindly regenerate the pre-existing renewal option and existing plan with total bill of £75 (£60 hosting for 2 years and £15 domain name registration renewal).

  I can see that your second payment has already been refunded when you canceled the Personal plan along with the domain. You can see the refund receipt at https://wordpress.com/me/billing

  We haven’t refunded the £60 from your original payment. Would you like us to restore the Personal plan for two years along with the domain (domain’s for one year)? Or do you want us to refund the remaining amount as well?

  If you’re planning to continue hosting your site with the domain rbcjesusclinic.com with us, we can just restore the subscriptions for you. Please let us know as soon as possible as there’s a limited window for us to restore the domain.

  Thanks for confirming – the plan and domain are back on your account. Because this was a manual restore, your billing information is not linked with the subscriptions. If you’d like them to auto-renew, you will need to add the credit card details from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.

  Hi,

  the debits on my account are as follows; £75, £60, £15.

  I was only refunded the £15.

  The domain and WordPress package total cost is £75, please can you kindly refund the additional £60 into my account.

  Additionall, i am guessing bank delays is the issue. For confirmation reasons, the £75 is the only payment I am to make right (WordPress package for 2 years and domain for a year)?

  The second payment of £60 and the £15 domain payment, has been refunded.

  As the plan and domain are remaining, the initial payment wouldn’t be refunded.
