  I can’t make payment by VISA DEBIT CARD. I Requested to you please check my account.

  Hi there,

  This happened because your bank might’ve blocked the transaction. Please contact your bank to confirm that they are not blocking transactions from WordPress.com. Also, make sure that your card is valid for online and international transactions.

  But I have made payment by Debit Card and system authorize as a Credit Card.

  Error : Error authorizing credit card. Please Contact Support quoting error HYTFSI.

  Hello there,

  As above, it sounds like you would need to make sure the card is active and functioning as it should by contacting the bank.

  I know we have a lot of problems with the Bank of India blocking international purchases, including purchases on WordPress.com. I would contact your bank to confirm they are not blocking the payment, and if they are, ask them to allow this purchase to go through?

  Okay, so you’re unable to see the PayPal as shown here?:

  

  I know PayPal Wallet is not an option in India at the moment, but there should be an option to use PayPal to purchase items from sellers. But, that may be why you are unable to see it. Let me know if that is where you were looking.

  Your account’s currency is set to INR and that’s why you cannot use PayPal.

  Also, I see that you have opened several tickets with our Billing Support team, so it’s best to wait for their reply. They are the appropriate team to handle your billing issue.
