  Hi i have purchase a plan on November 5th, 2022 and immediately i cancelled it also. and I got the refund too. But today again, i got a mail from wordpress that INR 1560 has been debited from my account which i have not initiated today, but, they are showing the date of november 5th, 2022. Why?

  Hello there,

  It looks like the premium plan was refunded, but not the domain transfer of ibizse.com.

  I can’t see that the domain transfer completed in light of the cancellation so I’ve refunded the remaining INR 1560.

  This should appear on your statement within 10 working days.
