  I’m trying my best to pay for the premium package, but my card is getting declined. Plus we are trying for Gpay or Paypal but not getting the option. What do we do?

  I checked your account billing history and see that the cards you are using are declining.

  Sometimes your bank may block the transaction, even if your card works for other purchases. Please contact your bank to confirm that they are not blocking transactions from WordPress.com. Also, make sure that your card is valid for online and international transactions.

  You can also try to connect a different payment method with your account.
