Hi there,
I can confirm you have cancelled the upgrade but a refund was not issued for the auto-renewal. With this in mind I have issued a refund for C$67.20, and you can see a receipt confirming this refund here: https://wordpress.com/me/billing
You can expect to see the funds in your account, but it can take a billing cycle or two depending on your institution. I can confirm the refund was processed on our end, but you may also wish to contact your credit card company to confirm.
