  Could you please confirm if you are trying to make the payment from a device that has Google Pay available? For example, paying from a mobile instead of from a laptop. Please note that the option will show only if the device you are using has Google pay available as shown here https://wordpress.com/support/payment-methods-apple-pay-and-google-pay/#payments-using-google-pay If not, you can use other payment methods.
