Payment Issue and wrong theme/no access or record of payment?

Please contact me someone! I need a person via email or phone to help me figure out what is wrong! I thought that I had paid for a collections premium theme; downloaded images, logos, etc. But nothing. The payment process froze, I have no receipt, and now I have a bland blog but not the theme that I paid for! Please help. I would really appreciate a person helping me with this! Please.

Oh dear, now I see you said that above and I missed it. I apologize.
You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and purchase upgrades at > Store > My Upgrades
Your billing history will be at Dashboard > Store > Billing History

I do have another odd question. It seems as though my site has me listed as just basic, and I’ve got the collections theme in my ‘cart’. Does this mean that the payment didn’t go through? Will I be billed twice? Should I consider paying again to see if that fixes the situation? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

I tried to pay again, but it is in the middle of processing. The wheel just turns and turns. Nothing is happening.

Okay, so as an update. I believe that I now have both premium as well as the collections theme. I am simply trying to understand how to use it. I would still appreciate someone making sure that I haven’t been billed twice, as well as checking to see that the site works properly. Thank you.
