payment issue to upgrade to premium

  I’m trying to upgrade to Premium – I’ve tried 2 different credit cards and my PayPal account – all of which have money in them and no issues. I keep getting either declined or redirected to the homepage where I still have the free version and my bank gets charged $0.00. Please help – I’d love to upgrade! Seems like a glitch in the system.
