Payment issue while upgrading plan

    I want to upgrade my free wordpress website to personal. I’m using a VISA International Debit Card from India (whose international transactions are allowed) for the payment. The debit card is declined while processing the payment. Can anyone help regarding this? Thanks in advance.

    Hi donecomsite,

    I’ve checked your account and the error I’m seeing indicates the transaction was declined by your bank or card provider — I recommend contacting them for more information about why this happened.

    Once you’ve spoken to them and tried again, I’ll be happy to check the payment from our side and make sure it has gone through successfully.
