  I am trying to upgrade wordpress plan so i can connect my domain. I really cant since the past two days

  it either declines the card or states error fetching details. I have tried two working debit cards

  Thanks for that. And yes, you’re correct that the card is being declined when we try to process your purchase.

  However, there’s nothing we can do on our end to fix this – you will need to contact your bank to see why they’re declining the charges and advise them that this is a valid transaction.

  Once they clear that up, you should be able to process that payment.

  I did not find Google pay option to upgrade Plan.

  Hi, for Google Pay to be available as a payment method, you need to have at least one card connected to your Google Wallet. You can learn more here:
