  Hey!

  I have an auto-renew on my account, and I didn’t realize it was set that way. I am working on closing the account associated with my pay pal, and adding my new one. Unfortunetly, wordpress is trying to take money out of my old account, and there isn’t anything in there. Is there anyway that I can stop the payment?

  Hi there,

  Sorry for the trouble! I just cancelled the pending renewal payment on your old Paypal account and disabled auto renew for you. You can now manually renew your upgrade with your new Paypal account from your My Upgrades page.

  Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
